Her professional background spans real estate, recruiting, training, leadership development, mediation, and consulting.
A consistent top producer throughout her career, Carlina has successfully guided hundreds of buyers, sellers, investors, and families through some of life’s most important transitions. She is widely recognized for her expertise in estate and probate real estate, helping executors, attorneys, trustees, and heirs navigate complex property dispositions with compassion, professionalism, and attention to detail.

Family is at the heart of everything Carlina does. She is married to Alan Mitchell, a retired U.S. Army veteran, retired postal supervisor, and entrepreneur. Together they have raised four sons while building businesses, serving their community, and creating a legacy rooted in faith, hard work, and perseverance.
