Hey, my name is Igor! I was born in Poland and grew up in Greenville, South Carolina, before moving to Charleston to attend the College of Charleston, where I earned my degree in marine biology.

My family runs a small construction and home renovation business focused on flipping houses, so I’ve worked on everything from framing and concrete to plumbing and roofing. That hands-on experience taught me to solve problems, take initiative, and appreciate the work that goes into a home.

I got into real estate because I love helping people, taking the lead, and finding solutions when things get complicated. It also gave me the opportunity to build my own business and take on a challenge completely different from my previous ventures. I’m committed to continually sharpening my knowledge of the Charleston market, and I see every obstacle as an opportunity to learn and become a better agent for my clients.

Fishing, the ocean, and just about anything involving water will always be a big part of my life. Charleston makes it easy to stay connected to those passions while helping others find their place here, too.
